With TV, it's either feast or famine. Cynics, of course, maintain that the lean limes predominate. (Forgive them, Father; they know not what they watch.) For the rest of us, this is a particularly fecund week of programming. Enjoy it while you can. In a fortnight we enter that arid stretch of TV known as summer.
