The pair had already been spotted having an intimate candlelit dinner the month before. Then, a week after the horse show, Andrew invited Fergie to a cocktail party aboard his ship, HMS Cottesmore, before dinner and dancing. Last week the couple packed up the girls for a week at Balmoral. So are they getting back together? Nobody knows. Says royal author Brian Hoey: "Nothing surprises me anymore about that family."
