Heavy weighs the tiara. Outgoing Miss America Carolyn Sapp played herself (it saved the producers the expense of reshooting all the beauty contest sequences) in a leaden biodrama about an abusive relationship. Sad, yes, but there were infomercials with more energy and imagination than this. (NBC)
