Oprah Winfrey and fiancé Stedman Graham—there's no wedding date yet, but they promise 1993 is still the year—helped pals Michael Caine and Qniney Jones celebrate turning 60 at a joint birthday bash in L.A.

Showing conversational enterprise, talk show host Arsenio Hall chatted up once-and-future guest Patrick Stewart, who plays the captain on the syndicated Star Trek: The Next Generation, at a benefit for the Starlight Foundation in L.A.

"There's no more rivalry than with any other married couple," joked Melanie Griffith at the People's Choice Awards in L.A. about sharing star billing with hubby Don Johnson in Born Yesterday, which opens this Friday (March 26). Also at the awards gala were Melrose Place's Grant Show (below) and his date, Tequila & Bonetti's Mariska Hargitay.

Bruce Springsteen turned an L.A. Airport corridor into a tunnel of love with wife Patti Scialfa and their Bosslets, Evan James, 2, and Jessica Rae, 1. Bruce starts a European tour at the end of the month; Patti's long-delayed debut album is due later this year.
