SOUTHERN MUSIC OF TWO VERY DIFFERENT stripes is on cable this week. Fresh from its wins at the Grammys, Arrested Development brings its bucolic hip-hop to MTV's Unplugged on Wednesday (March 31,10 p.m. ET). A recording of this disarming revue, which lakes in "Mr. Wendal" and "Rainin' Revolution," has just been released on cassette and CD. Over on TNN (Mon., April 5,10 p.m. ET), country star Travis Tritt tears up a pea patch, plowing through cover versions of Bob Seger and Charlie Daniels hits, as well as his own "Put Some Drive in Your Country" and, with Marty Stuart, "The Whiskey Ain't Workin'," in an Aspen concert for disabled veterans.
