Reach out and touch: Supreme being Diana Ross joined Teddy Pendergrass and a host of stars at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem to tape the first Apollo Hall of Fame special. The concert, hosted by Bill Cosby, will be broadcast by NBC in early August.

A brolly good show: In England, Debra Winger took her 6-year-old son, Noah (Dad is her ex, Tim Hutton), to the Queen's Cup polo final at Windsor Great Park. "He wanted to see the Queen," explained Winger, who is in London to shoot Shadowlands, a romantic drama.

Prince Albert (shirtless, center rear) clearly revealed himself as Monaco's hair apparent when he took a few see-worthy mates and landlubbers on a yachting expedition in the Mediterranean. No scandalous behavior here, folks: The ladies are merely practicing the time-honored European tradition of sunbathing topless.

Former Dynasty star Joan Collins, perhaps fearing recognition from her many, many fans, sported that very chic, very incognito babushka look (popularized by Queen Elizabeth) on a shopping spree in London. Joan's next flick is Decadence, a comedy.

Missing links? Iron man Sylvester Stallone shot an 80 during a recent round of golf with Joel Silver, the producer of his next movie, Demolition Man, in Kiawah Island, S.C. Sly's Cliffhanger is No. 3 at the box office.
