Sissy Spacek, who lives in rural Virginia, brought one of her two daughters, Schuyler, 9, to the New York City premiere of A Private Matter, her new HBO movie about a woman caught in an abortion controversy.

Two for the books: Ex-boxing champ Sugar Kay Leonard and his fiancé, model Bernadette Robi, attended the Library Foundation of Los Angeles's benefit to help rebuild two libraries burned during the riots.
