Stand-up comic Miller returns to the scene of his big triumph (his One-Night Stand for HBO in 1989 was hilarious), but he's way off his game. This hour is a monologue devoted to two subjects: skiing and differences between men and women.

Miller's views on these topics are not original, insightful or funny: "When a woman says, I love you,' she means, I love you.' When a man says, I love you,' he means, 'Now will you go to bed with me?' " Hey, Larry, spewing out words is not enough. You have to form them into punch lines.
