Audrey Meadows, a former Alice, hosts the special, which is built around two episodes of the classic sitcom that haven't aired since their original showing in 1952. In one, Ralph (Jackie Gleason) brings home a foundling left in the back of his bus, projecting the baby as the heir to the Kramden fortune. The other has Ralph appear on a TV quiz show, a premise reprised in a later show.
