The Roches
As one might expect from the urban-folkie Roche sisters, this is an eccentric collection. It includes a dopey "Winter Wonderland," sung in exaggerated New York accents: "Gone away is the blueboid." But there's also a lovely new song. Terre Roche's "Star of Wonder." and an array of the sisters' ingratiatingly reedy harmonies on traditional carols. (Paradox)
