A triumph in the sow's-ear-out-of-a-silk-purse department, this comedy, about a witness-protection program, written by Nora Ephron and directed by Herbert Ross, gets zero laughs out of Steve Martin and Rick Moranis. Hope for a long line at the candy counter when you go for popcorn; your chances of hearing something amusing are a lot better there.
