>The week brings a broad scale of musical shows. Radical rocker Sinéad O'Connor, that sheared Irish doe, is captured in a passionate October 1990 Rotterdam concert on Lifetime (Wed., Jan. 16, 10 P.M. ET). The cable channel Bravo presents Epitaph (Fri., Jan. 18, 10 P.M. ET), the epic composition of the late Charles Mingus. This free-floating jazz symphony, performed by a 30-piece band, was taped at New York City's Lincoln Center in 1989. Saturday's season opener for Austin City Limits (PBS, Jan. 19, 9 P.M. ET) features a sweet singing tandem, Ricky Van Shelton and Kelly Willis. Same time, different channel (CBS). Nashville turns out for The Grand Ole Opry 65th Anniversary Celebration. Performers include old-timer Grandpa Jones, whippersnapper Garth Brooks and some 38 Opry acts in between.
