>PONY OPERA: YOUNG GUNS II Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland and Lou Diamond Phillips lead a brat-packy gang in this decent sequel about delinquents in the Old West. CUT ME SOME SLACK TOO: TIE ME UP! TIE ME DOWN!

It's not as overtly sadomasochistic as its title suggests, but this film by Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar is wildly sexist—its protagonist seduces his dream woman by socking her in the jaw—and not nearly funny enough. (RCA/Columbia)
