In another oddly arresting TV movie based on real events—these took place 25 years ago—a teenager played by Megan (Back to Hannibal) Follows is abducted by a backwoods nutcase (St. Elsewhere's David Morse) who drags her across the Pennsylvania hills, pursued by a posse including FBI agent David Soul. (If you go by this week's slate of TV movies, the Quaker State is one big kook convention—and they haven't even gotten around to the Charles Barkley story yet.)

This ugly Allegheny take on Beauty and the Beast is gripping thanks to Follows and Morse, who invests enormous skill in his hillbilly misfit.
