ALWAYS ONE TO KNOW WHICH WAY THE diplomatic wind is blowing, ex-Secretary of State Henry Kissinger tried his hand at predicting nature's gales on CBS This Morning. "I wanted to talk, about issues people care about," says Kissinger, 68, who on May 21 subbed for Mark McEwen at the map. "People care about the weather." His freebie performance won't earn him an Emmy, but Kissinger may have opened up second-career opportunities in TV news for these and other world figures.
