Teen throb Jason (Beverly Hills 90210) Priestley brought Robin (Doogie Howser, M.D.) Lively, his sometime date, to the nontelevised segment of the Daytime Emmy Awards in Beverly Hills. Lively was nominated for her role in The Less Than Perfect Daughter, an ABC after-school special.

Okay, so maybe Life Stinks, but not for Anne Bancroft and hubby Mel Brooks, who entered smiling at the L.A. premiere of Stinks, his latest acting-directing-writing tour de farce, due July 26. She stars next in Neil Simon's TV movie Broadway Bound, to air on ABC this fall.

Madonna shagged flies in Chicago to prepare for her role in Penny Marshall's A League of Their Own. She didn't play much ball as a kid, so she has been practicing 12 hours a day.

When Ivana Trump and her pal John Khayat toured the paddock at Ascot, the London press's sartorial police shredded her getup, calling her Ivana Frump and comparing her outfit to "a dog's dinner." Arf!

Roseanne Arnold—it's Barr no more, folks—and husband Tom Arnold celebrated 17 months of marriage and his recent conversion to Judaism with a second wedding on June 23 at an L.A. synagogue. Afterward the couple and some 500 guests danced to "Kung Fu Fighting." Mazel Tom!
