There's something paradoxical about a free concert being shown exclusively on pay cable. Nonetheless, this week's TV highlight is Paul Simon's come-one come-all show in New York City's Central Park presented live on HBO (Thurs., Aug. 15, 7 P.M. ET). Rhymin' Simon will lead a multinational band in fresh takes on old hits like "Kodachrome" and the more exotic offerings on his Graceland and Rhythm of the Saints albums. If they get cooking, the band will even play "You Can Call Me Al"...twice.
