The concept wasn't the worst in TV history: the wacky domestic adventures of a cartoonist whose every image might suddenly spring to life. The problems arose in the execution: The cartoonist in question (played by Jeffrey Jones) had no imagination, which gives him lots in common with the creators of this astoundingly bad sitcom.
