Sparkling singer Dionne Warwick sits at the center of this slightly clumsy music-cum-talk show. Dionne tends to be rather stiff as an interviewer. It doesn't help that everyone has to perch precariously on the set's ungainly cubes as they converse.

Things pick up when the music starts to play, and in the early going she has had a slate of talented guests, including Luther Vandross, Johnny Mathis, Young MC and Jeffrey Osborne. At the beginning of most episodes, she engages in a duet with one of her guests, managing to consistently outdress and outsing her partner. Hey, let them get their own show.
