>FORGOTTEN EYES Made to draw attention to the eye disease retinitis pigmentosa, this "We Are the World" variation features Dionne Warwick, Smokey Robinson and Patti LaBelle doing most of the singing, though Bob Hope handles the opening bars nicely. The megachorus includes Steve Allen, Gene Barry, Angie Dickinson, Barbara Eden and Cheryl Ladd. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Dick Butkus appear in, thankfully, nonsinging roles.

LOVE JONES Coming over as a cross between that old-time TV Casanova, Renzo ("The Continental") Cesana and Barry White, Doctor Ice offers a nice bit of soft, nonegocentric rap as he plays out a pleasantly corny scenario involving a nightclub performer and some fourth-rate gangster types.
