Comedian Rich Hall stars in this anemic comedy special as a snack food entrepreneur. He has a mechanical food-processing dog that flies off for an appearance on the David Letterman show. (In a decidedly odd bit of casting, Hall played the handler of a mechanical bomb-disposing dog on True Blue.)
There's one funny sketch about an overly competitive high school Scrabble coach, but the rest of this show makes Stupid Pet Tricks look positively brainy.
