Picks and Pans Review: Rebound Beyond Aerobics
Gluttons for punishment may prefer to bounce around with fitness consultant Sylvia Ortiz in a 28-minute, give-me-mercy routine for rebounders (mini trampolines), which she promotes as a safe alternative to high-impact aerobics. Beginning rebounding is shown on the left side of the screen, advanced on the right, while Ortiz calls commands from the center in a tedious production that gets carried away with all the yips, whoops and hollers on stage and off.
