Why does Richard Simmons always sound like he's performing for the hearing impaired? For 65 minutes he shakes, rattles, rolls and, yes, yells in front of a dozen disciples in this flashy sequel to the hot-selling Sweatin' to the Oldies. The set is designed like a '50s diner, the oldies (among them "Locomotion," "Oh, Pretty Woman," "My Boyfriend's Back") are sung by a cover band, and the camera is so busy that even the crewman must have dropped a few pounds just trying to keep up with loud little Richard.
