Here's a routine for budding Bruce Lees. Five fierce-looking women follow sixth-degree black belt Stan Triplett in a punch-and-kick martial-arts workout that is divided into three 12-minute segments. Though the dialogue is sometimes corny and the set is plain-Jane, such shortcomings are outmatched by the able camera work and impressive demonstrations of just exactly how one applies the martial arts when one meets, say, Jack the Ripper on a dark night.
