Hallelujah for a short workout. Flirty Cathy Lee gets right to it with a beefcake quartet in this slick production. Start with a warm shower and five minutes of aerobics (jumping rope, for example, or cycling), move on to five thorough stretches and a rigorous set of toning exercises (thigh crunchers, fanny firmers, hamstring curls) that will make you cry out for that final cool-down.
