>Star-filled concerts are the order of the week. Rapmania is a pay-per-view event ($14.95) on Friday (April 6, 8 P.M. ET; call your cable company). It features more than 30 rappers and hip-hop artists including L.L. Cool J, EPMD, Whodini and Ice-T. TNN will devote all of Saturday (April 7, 12 P.M. ET) to a live broadcast of Farm Aid IV. More than 80 acts will perform at Indianapolis's Hoosier Dome, including founder Willie Nelson, Neil Young, Exile, Guns n' Roses, Ricky Van Shelton and Don Henley.
