This two-hour special reprises five years of highlights from the environment-adventure show. It examines a multiplicity of customs and pursuits, from cliff-scaling Nepalese honeyhunters to Midwestern tornado chasers, but the bestiary beginning (lions and leopards and wolves, oh my) is most fascinating. After all this time. TV still does nothing as well as celebrate and record nature.
