This year the star of ABC's Roseanne has settled down and become enormously natural—pun intended—within the show's unique style. Bergen is more relaxed, but she still delivers each line with the precious smirk of a little girl in a school Christmas pageant. Luckily for her, the supporting cast and writing go a long way toward disguising her awkward smugness. Bergen thinks she's the next Mary Tyler Moore, and she's wrong. Barr believes she's like no one else you've ever seen, and she's right.
