Dom Irrera plays the concierge of a big Manhattan apartment building. Rebecca Harrell is a precocious 10-year-old tenant. Neither is particularly likable, but they serve as this summer anthology's Roarke and Tattoo (Boss, Boss, de elevator, de elevator!), introducing a shifting cast of characters who act out kooky vignettes of modern love. (Actually, the situations seem more '70s than '90s.) You'd be better advised to watch reruns of Love, American Style on Ha! than this badly written tripe.
