Every new season, it seems, brings us one absolutely atrocious action series. This show gets the nod for 1990. Gil Gerard heads an "elite team of experts'' (including an actress with my favorite name of the season: Tiffany Lamb) who zip around fending off environmental disasters. Joanna Pacula is their dispatcher.
What do the initials in the title stand for? Who knows? Who cares? This feeble contrivance, which moves next week to Saturdays at 9, shouldn't be around long enough to administer spelling lessons.
