In an updated reversal (TV movies are big on that combo) of the type of '50s romantic comedy that would have starred Gig Young and Doris Day, Donna Mills is a high-powered attorney who falls for her secretary, a ponytailed Brian (China Beach) Wimmer.

Adding to the film's dated feel is stock footage of New York City, in which passing buses and taxis are at least a decade old. Still, thanks to an enthusiastic cast, this is an often entertaining frolic.
