Ann Jillian and Robert Desiderio lead a perfectly normal life until their son is kidnapped. Then Ann discovers that Hubby is really the son of Charlton Heston, a big-time gangland boss. The acting and direction are fine but the rest of the plot—which I won't give away—is just that side of preposterous. The story mainly provides the actors with S.O.s (screaming opportunities): Jillian when her baby disappears, Desiderio in the stock father-and-son confrontation scene and Heston (who looks like a grandfather on The Brady Bunch) at the dramatic denouement. While they shout, I shrug.
