Frankly, it's a dog of a week. But at least we do have a promising episode of Murphy Brown (CBS, Mon., Feb. 27, 9 P.M. ET), in which Candice Bergen lowers her standards and tries tabloid TV, just this once. Murphy never disappoints. So watch this show, America. Raise it up to the Top 10 (from the Top 30). That's your homework for the week.
