Picks and Pans Review: Farewell
>MOONLIGHTING What a pity, what a shame: On Sun., May 14 at 8 P.M., the sun will set forever on ABC's Moonlighting. We used to love that show, but because of inefficiency, uncontrolled creativity and a little bad luck, they couldn't produce enough fresh episodes to keep us in thrall. Instead they gave us reruns on reruns and we turned them off. America has become one tough audience.
FAMILY TIES At the same hour on NBC, the role model for the '80s generation, Alex P. Keaton, will get a job on Wall Street and we will wave goodbye to Family Ties after seven memorable seasons. (Story, page 74)
