This week's tempting summer fare includes a haunting movie about various residents of a small Minnesota town, a swinging pop music special honoring songwriters and an enlightening documentary about Lee Strasberg's Group Theatre. One more thing: Shark alert! An original HBO movie that stars John Lithgow and Jonathan Silverman is on the way. While it's somewhat on the toothless side, it's a minor menace.
