>BREAKIN' THE CHAIN A pioneer woman hard rocker, Cindy Bullens, looking as if she has been pumping iron, stalks around a warehouse set in tough-gal outfits. She even seems cute, in an eat-Joan-Jett-for-breakfast-and-the-49ers'-offensive-line-for-lunch sort of way.

JUST WANNA HOLD The tune seems part salute to the Rolling Stones, part send-up, and this Mick Jones video maintains that tone, with Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley mugging wildly and with a junior auxiliary band led by 13-year-old Sean Lennon.

LOOK WHO'S DANCING Most of the terpsichoreans in question are filmed on the streets of Kingston, Jamaica, in a spontaneous version of Ziggy Marley's tune. The other lead vocal is by Ziggy's brother Stephen, and there's an out-of-context yet, in spirit, not inappropriate FREE SOUTH AFRICA tag line.
