>TITANIC You haven't seen it yet? Don't let those 11 Oscars and the 3-hour-plus running time scare you off. With its gee-whiz special effects and ambitious story, Titanic will dazzle and thrill you. And that Leonardo DiCaprio kid ain't half bad. (PG-13)

CITY OF ANGELS Nicolas Cage just keeps getting better. He's sooooo soulful here as an angel who falls in love with Meg Ryan, a too-mortal surgeon. Angels is an intelligent, moving romantic drama, but the ending is pure Hollywood schmaltz. (PG-13)

THE SPANISH PRISONER Director-writer David Mamet scores with a diabolically clever thriller about a nerdy business whiz (Campbell Scott) who discovers no one is who he seems—and just about everyone is out to get him. (PG)
