Sometimes, a gal could use some inhibitions. Former Baywatch babe Carmen Electra, 26, has swum too far from the fashion shore, say our judges. "Why would such a pretty girl dress like this?" asks TV costume designer Linda Serijan-Fasmer. "Cheap is in, but you can look cheap without looking sleazy." Electra, who is currently filming the comedy The Mating Habits of the Earth-bound Human, also takes the heat for overaccentuating her substantial assets. "If you have a great body," notes designer Marc Bouwer, who has occasionally dressed the 5'4" actress, "I'm all for showing it. But I think it's important not to make the breasts look explosive." Fashion critic Carrie Donovan is less concerned with Electra's bombast than with her source of inspiration. Says Donovan: "Oh, my dear. I think we're trying to be Elizabeth Hurley."
