How to unlock the secret of being stylish? Try wearing a dress or top with a keyhole-shaped opening at the neckline. "What I love is the drama," says New York City designer Carolina Herrera, whose fans include Calista Flockhart and Celine Dion. "These pieces are packed with personality, revealing surprise slivers of skin."
Seen on the runways of Gucci and Versace, the peeping togs are a throwback to the disco era. "It's Hal-ston and that kind of slinky glamor," explains stylist Jeanne Yang, who garbs actresses Kellie Martin and Kristen Johnston. Says Iman, who sported a Gucci keyhole dress to a party last month: "The beauty about keyholes is that you look sexy even though you are covered up."
Luckily, you needn't have a model's body to latch onto this look. Because the neckline is usually slightly gathered, it can "give you the illusion of a chest," says Yang, while on fuller figures, the style "shows some skin without having to go porno about it." That suits actress Sheryl Lee Ralph just fine. Says the Moesba star, with a giggle: "Just take a little peek!"

A shoe showdown may be in Jennifer Lopez's and Marisa Tomei's futures. Both actresses so yearned for the same $580 rhinestone-studded stilettos by Italy's Diego Dolcini that they recently asked the owner of L.A.'s trendy Diavolina shoe boutique to FedEx the footwear to them. Neither star has yet been spotted in the sparklers....
Among the biggest celeb draws at last week's couture shows in Paris: Donatella Versace, who wowed actor Joseph Fiennes, Emma "Baby Spice" Bunton and Oasis's Liam Gallagher with her colorful togs, many in eye-popping lettuce green. "I was overwhelmed by how witty and sexy Donatella's work was," says Fiennes, who added that the duds are best accessorized with a cocktail....
Both Jim Carrey and Once and Again's Billy Campbell chose Hugo Boss tuxes to wear at the Golden Globe awards on Jan. 23, but the 6'4", 210-lb. Campbell worked harder for his threads: The hunk had to special-order a size 46 Long from the company's headquarters in Germany....
