In London, English actress Jane Seymour got a double offering of congratulations from her twin sons Kristopher (left) and John, 4, after she was made an officer of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace. Seymour was given the honor for her cultural contributions.

Love, love me do: Ashley Judd, sporting a new coif, got a touch-up on the Manhattan set of her romantic comedy Animal Husbandry. In the film, Judd plays a woman who studies animal behavior to try and understand men.
