Will & Grace (NBC)

Second-year Will & Grace has come into its own, and Friends (fourth nomination in six seasons) is overdue to break through here. But our favorite remains Everybody Loves Raymond, TV's most consistent, perceptive and likable family sitcom. As opposed to Sex and the City, the sitcom that's least familylike.
