English-born actress Jane Leeves, 39, whose pregnancy was hidden in her role as Daphne on NBC's Frasier, and Marshall Coben, 38, a TV executive, welcomed their first child, Isabella Kathryn Coben (9 lbs. 12 oz.), on Jan. 9 in L.A. Along with the proud papa, Frasier costar Peri Gilpen attended Leeves in the delivery room.

Engaged
Actress Lauren Holly, 37, and Francis Greco, a banker, are planning to tie the knot in the spring but have not yet pinned down a date. Holly's 10-month marriage to actor Jim Carrey (her second) ended in divorce three vears ago.

Deaths

Electrical engineer and billionaire philanthropist William Hewlett, 87, who with fellow Stanford classmate David Packard created the computer giant that bears their names, died on Jan. 12 in Palo Alto, Calif. The company introduced the hand-held calculator, gave a start to such techno-wizards as Apple's Steve Jobs and invented a management style that stressed work enthusiasm. Packard died in 1996....

Retired waiter and jewelry engraver Martin Konigsberg, father of moviemaker Woody Allen, died in Manhattan on Jan. 8. Just the day before, Allen told the New York Daily News: "My father is a classic example of a guy who smoked two packs a day since he was 16. Eats two eggs for breakfast and meat for dinner seven days a week." Konigsberg turned 100 on Dec. 25....

Ex-Texas agricultural extension agent Edwin Arnold Spacek, 90, the father of actress Sissy Spacek, died in Virginia on Jan. 7.

Expecting

Former Ellen costar Joely Fisher, 33 (daughter of actress Connie Stevens and singer Eddie Fisher), and hubby Christopher Duddy, 39, a cinematographer, are expecting their first child in June....

Husband-and-wife actors Harry Hamlin, 49, and Lisa Rinna (Melrose Place), 37, are expecting their second child in late spring. Daughter Delilah Belle is 2.

Legal Woes
Convicted of drunk driving last year, Beverly Hills, 90210 alum Jason Priestley, 31, was recently ordered to serve five days in a private work-release program in California. The actor will spend the night at the facility but can leave for up to 12 hours daily for business related to his career.

Name Change
Now that McCall's, the 125-year-old women's magazine, is in partnership with talk show host Rosie O'Donnell, the monthly will be known as Rosie starting with the May issue. Original plans to use the name Rosie's McCall's were jettisoned after focus groups objected.

Diagnosis
On Jan. 12 at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland, Bill Clinton, 54, underwent his final presidential physical, during which doctors found a lesion on his back that was later biopsied. The test was positive for basal cell carcinoma, a relatively curable form of skin cancer.

Update
A coroner's report released on Jan. 11 in L.A. stated that jockey Chris Antley, 34, died on Dec. 2 of an overdose of multiple drugs. Lacerations on his head had raised questions about the possibility of foul play, but the report said the cuts were probably sustained when Antley fell down several times under the influence.
