America's Sweethearts
Easy to sit through, just as easy to forget. This toothless Hollywood satire stars Julia Roberts, John Cusack, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Billy Crystal. (PG-13)

Osmosis Jones
Directors Peter and Bobby Farrelly (There's Something About Mary) get mixed results fusing live action with animation in a manic comedy about a white blood cell (the titular Jones, voiced by Chris Rock) battling a deadly virus inside the body of a zookeeper (Bill Murray). The cartoon stuff is amusing, but the live scenes remain painfully laugh-free. (PG)

Original Sin Scores a double B: boring and bad. When a husband (Antonio Banderas) discovers that his new bride (Angelina Jolie) isn't who she claims to be, his life falls apart. So does the film. (R)
