The Adventures of Pluto Nash When a character in this hopelessly lame comedy says, "I never heard such drivel in my life," viewers will agree. Eddie Murphy stars as a nightclub owner battling mobsters on the moon in 2087. The sole bright spot: a cameo by Alec Baldwin as a dandy don. (PG-13)

Blue Crush Tubular belles go ring-a-ding-ding. This summer's guilty pleasure follows female surfers on Oahu. (PG-13)

Little Secrets A family comedy-drama about a teen violinist (Evan Rachel Wood, who's good) weighed down by a big secret. Borderline saccharine. (PG)

Road to Perdition A road worth taking. Tom Hanks and Paul Newman star. (R)

XXX Vin Diesel exudes a sleepy-eyed cool, but the rest is mindless action. (PG-13)
