An engagement party at a racetrack wouldn't seem to make much horse sense. But for Sabrina, the Teenage Witch's Melissa Joan Hart, 26, and rock musician Mark Wilkerson, 25, who met last May at the Kentucky Derby, the venue was perfect. On March 27, some 40 Sabrina colleagues joined the pair at the Santa Anita Park track in Arcadia, Calif., where they wagered $2 and $5 bets. "My horses placed fourth in both races," Hart moans. She's clearly luckier in love.
