Last month in Los Angeles, Ripley's Believe It or Not! host Dean Cain, 36, was granted joint custody of his son Christopher, who will turn 3 on June 11, with his ex-girlfriend, Spanish model Samantha Torres Waldron, 30. Cain filed for custody in December 2001 (PEOPLE, Jan. 21, 2002), but Torres had claimed he was an unfit father (Cain's lawyer had no comment about these allegations). The couple split before their son was born....

On May 27 the remains of Chandra Levy, the 24-year-old congressional intern whose body was found in a Washington, D.C., park in May 2002, a year after she mysteriously disappeared (PEOPLE, June 10, 2002), were buried during a small ceremony in her hometown of Modesto, Calif. Levy's remains were only recently returned to her family.

Expecting
Tennis champs Steffi Graf, 34, and Andre Agassi, 33, are expecting their second child in November. The Las Vegas-based couple, who wed in 2001, have a 19-month-old son, Jaden.

Arrested
Actor Steve Buscemi (Fargo), 45, a former New York City firefighter, was among 20 people arrested for trespassing on May 25 in Brooklyn, as part of a protest against the closing of several New York City firehouses. Buscemi's rep did not return calls for comment.

Law & Order
Stephen Glover, 28, known as Steve-O on the MTV series Jackass, was arrested on May 22 in Stockholm after telling a Swedish newspaper that he had swallowed a condom full of marijuana as a stunt. Swedish prosecutors later found Ecstacy and marijuana in Glover's hotel room. On May 27 Glover pleaded guilty to two counts of drug possession and paid a $6,000 fine. Glover's lawyer called the arrest "a major misunderstanding and a failure to differentiate between the person and his art."

Recuperating

Cher canceled several concerts in the Midwest for her "Living Proof" tour due to a sinus and throat infection. The 57-year-old performer is expected to make a full recovery....

Liza Minnelli, 57, broke her right kneecap on May 25 after tripping over a step at a hotel in Bologna, Italy. The performer, who is scheduled to have an operation at a local hospital, will have to wear a full-leg cast for about a month.

Deaths

British actress Rachel Kempson, 92, mother of actresses Lynn and Vanessa Redgrave, died of natural causes on May 24 at the Mill-brook, N.Y., home of her granddaughter, actress Natasha Richardson. Kempson was married to actor Michael Redgrave for nearly 50 years until his 1985 death; their son Corin is also an actor. Kempson appeared in more than 20 movies, including Jane Eyre (1970) and Out of Africa (1985)....

Sloan Wilson, 83, the author of the 1955 bestseller The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit, died of complications from Alzheimer's disease on May 25 in Colonial Beach, Va. The book, one of Wilson's 15 novels, was made into a 1956 film starring Gregory Peck and Jennifer Jones.
