STRANGE BREW: Scent maven Alex Balahoutis recently opened a Venice, Calif., boutique called Strange Invisible Perfumes. Celebrity pals including Anjelica Huston, Sela Ward and Molly Sims are dousing themselves with Red Dragon, made for them by the ethereal Alex. (Her motto: "Every fragrance has a soul.") Getting your own scent made to order costs $700, but look at it this way—you won't sniff it on everyone you know....
