Picks and Pans Review: Crazy Horse

TNT (Sun., July 7, 8 p.m., ET)

Dancer-turned-actor Michael Greyeyes (TNT's Geronimo) brings Crazy Horse, the great Sioux warrior who led his people to victory at the Battle of Little Big Horn in 1876, back to life as a kind of New Agey, Slacker Sioux—Crazy Dude, if you will. Good action sequences, nice support from Wes Studi (The Last of the Mohicans) as stone-faced Chief Red Cloud, but if Crazy Horse was as pallid and wide-eyed as Greyeyes, Custer would still have his hair.
