She has lost 30 pounds since last spring's The Truth About Cats and Dogs, yet sabotages that megawatt smile with her consistent couldn't-care wear. "If you are anything less than Sharon Stone, you are considered offbeat or quirky," Garofalo told Spin in her own defense. Maybe, but, laments Holly Robinson Peete, "She puts so much effort into looking bad." "Janeane is incredibly talented, but bitter about glamor," says MTV veejay Idalis. "She needs to relax and let herself shine."
