Actor Cuba Gooding Jr., 37, and his wife, Sara, 35, are expecting their third child this fall. The couple have two boys, Spencer, 10, and Mason, 8.

Model and former talk show host Cindy Margolis, 39, and her husband, Guy Stark-man, 34, welcomed twin daughters Sabrina and Sierra, who were born through a surrogate mother July 17 in Maplewood, Minn. The premature girls weighed just over 4 lbs. each and will remain in the hospital for a couple of weeks. Margolis and Starkman chronicled their attempts to have a child through in vitro fertilization for a VH1 documentary series....American Idol alum Julia DeMato, 26, and her fiancé, Jim Polches, an electrician, welcomed their first child, a boy, James Peter, July 6 in Danbury, Conn. They plan to wed next year.

Tony winner Marissa Jaret Winokur (Hairspray), 32, got engaged July 4 in New York to her longtime boyfriend, Judah Miller, 31, who is a writer for the FOX show Stacked, in which Winokur costars. They have not yet set a wedding date.

Tammy Faye Messner, 63, the ex-wife of disgraced TV evangelist Jim Bakker, tells PEOPLE that the lung cancer she's battled before has returned. The former Surreal Life star is scheduled to undergo chemotherapy August 1 to treat an inoperable tumor in her lung. About a month ago, Messner completed 14 radiation treatments for cancer, which is part of a new documentary, Tammy Faye: Death Defying, due July 25 on WE. Messner says she's using humor to cope: "During radiation, I did not lose my hair, but I lost my eyelashes. Which is the funniest thing in the world to me, because it's my trademark."

Former heavy-weight champion Lennox Lewis, 39, married girlfriend Violet among family and friends in Jamaica on July 15.

Model Mia Tyler, K 26, the daughter of Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and half sister of actress Liv, and her husband of nearly two years, Dave Buckner, 29, a drummer for the band Papa Roach, have split. They wed during an Aerosmith concert in 2003.

On July 13, a Michigan judge threw out a libel suit filed by James Nichols, the brother of convicted Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, against director Michael Moore, 51. Nichols claimed Moore's 2002 documentary Bowling for Columbine libeled and defamed him by wrongfully connecting him to the 1995 tragedy. A rep for Moore could not be reached for comment.

FOX confirmed that it has shelved the reality special Ivana Young Man, featuring Ivana Trump as a matchmaker for a fortysomething woman. A rep for the network gave no reason for the change, saying that "there are no plans to air it right now." Says Ivana, 56: "I have no idea why the decision was made. Maybe we missed the [reality romance] momentum?" She is already making plans for a new travel show.

Actress Geraldine Fitzgerald, 91, who was nominated for a 1939 Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role as Heathcliff's wife in Wuthering Heights, died July 17 in Manhattan of complications from Alzheimer's disease. The Irish-born actress also tackled Broadway and TV, earning an Emmy nod for a guest appearance on The Golden Girls in 1988.
